Dreamy Chicken and Sundried Tomatoe Penne
Creamy, garlicky, cheesy pasta…who doesn’t love it?!
I was scrolling through ‘the Facebook’ recently and came across a ‘Marry Me Chicken Pasta’ recipe from Recipe Deli and loved the sound of it so took a screenshot to make it for dinner.
As with most things, I fly by the seat of my pants and didn’t make a list when I went shopping so the ingredients I had to work with were a little different to the original recipe. Also, I actually didn’t follow the recipe when cooking, so the way I made it is a little different to the original recipe. I’ve created my own version and sharing it here.
I was (almost) certain the recipe called for dry white wine - I had a half a bottle of dry rosé in the fridge so added that to the sauce and drank the rest…as you do! I realised the next day that I needed the wine for a risotto I wanted to make and it wasn’t in the chicken pasta recipe at all, but there you go…it was delicious none the less!
